Matthew was great! I had a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. He did a great job and went out of his way to help me when the new faucet that I had purchased from Home Depot did not come with the correct parts. He easily could have told me that he had to come back another time. Instead he took care of the problem so I did not have to spend another day on this project.

Found leak coming from quarter inch push to connect tee that feeds cold water to the direct to drain thermal reduction system. Removed T and installed new quarter inch push to connect T with a new section of quarter inch vinyl tubing. tested with no leaks or failures at time of service.
Called for upstairs guest bathroom toilet was clogged. Ran water in tub and tub appeared to be draining fine. Flushed toilet multiple times. First few attempts were successful. 3rd flush caused water in toilet to back up. Not coming up through tub drain. Gave quote to auger toilet, and notified her that if the auger can’t reach the blockage, toilet would have to be pulled to reach the blockage. Attempted the auger multiple times, using the extension out to 6’. No luck clearing blockage. Pulled out multiple feminine hygiene products. Notified homeowner that toilet would have to be pulled. She elected to have her dad come and try to clear it. Discounted 50% of todays visit towards coming back to pull/snake toilet.
Found 40 gallon electric water heater leaking. The water heater is 21 years old. replaced with new 40 gallon electric tested with no leaks or failures at time of service.
Gave customer quote for snake and jetting work today
Customer got main sewer line backed up for both restrooms same as happened last November, we removed one of toilet , cleared line with camera , we also did camera inspection. We found clog was at tie in point next to three compartment sink before exit the building, because of this repeat problem within three month or so , we have determined this back up is related to the pipe installation at tie in point based on where we cleared line and camera inspection. To fix this problem permanently we will need cut floor in the kitchen and redo section of line with new pipe and fitting . Call chen plumbing 6786216363 ask Tim chen for questions
Customer had stoppage in both bathroom groups. Unit is new construction and only two months old. Found soft tissue stoppage in wye fitting about 45 feet downstream. Cleared the stoppage and confirmed water was flowing all the way to vertical drop in pipe almost 50 feet out. Set the toilet back and let customer know I didn’t recaulk toilet in commercial bathroom because of the presence of a floor drain. Check all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.
Water service repair and pressure repair.
Arrived at a residential home to install a new water heater, water shutoff valve, and pressure regulator. Once carefully put into place, the system was tested for proper performance. The new water heater is running well for the home.
